Where & how we ship

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Flat-rate shipping is tiered by the number of physical items in your order, shown at checkout before you pay.
• Digital-only orders (files & guides) ship free — there's nothing to mail.
• Physical items are sent via USPS in protective packaging.

Processing time

When it ships

• In stock: In stock — ships within 1–2 business days.
• Made to order: Printed to order — ships in about 3–4 business days.
• Painted: Painted orders add about 1–2 business days.
• Custom figures (Figure Forge): Your custom figure is printed from the photo you upload — allow about 3 business days after we receive it, plus about 2 more if painted.

Most models are printed to order on resin (FDM/SLA), which needs wash, dry, and cure time before it can ship. We'd rather ship it right than ship it fast.

Every 3D-printed model ships cleaned and fully de-supported — ready to prime and paint. We never leave support material attached for you to cut off.

Physical items

No-breakage guarantee

Physical models are made to order, so we don't accept general returns — but your model arrives safe or we replace it. We stand behind the work:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order reference and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
• If we make a mistake on your order, we fix it at no cost to you.
• Because items are custom-printed, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or a change of mind.

Digital items

Digital goods policy

Downloadable files (STLs, printables, guides) are delivered instantly by a personal download link after payment.

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded — the nature of a digital file is that it can't be returned.
• If a file is corrupt or won't open, contact us and we'll make it right.
• Your download links are personal to you; please don't share or redistribute the files.
